All items are Ready to ship please allow 2 to 4 business days to process & ship your items.
This does NOT include weekends or holidays.

🎀My package shows delivered but it’s not here?
Please use the tracking number provided and call your local post office they will be able to assist you.
🎀My order got lost what do I do know?
If your order is under $20.00 it does NOT have insurance we will NOT be responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you would like to add additional insurance to your package please email wildchildcreationscr@yahoo.com
***Packages that are $20.01 and over come with insurance we will be able to file a claim with USPS please email us so we can begin the claim process.
🎀Can I add insurance to my package?
Yes, I highly recommended that you do in case a situation comes up.
ALL orders $20.01 and over include insurance.
🎀Can I return or exchange a custom or made to order item.
Due to the nature of those orders 
you can NOT return those items as they were custom made to your request.

Yes, we provide Free local porch pick up it’s under surveillance 24/7.
